[Resolved]  Club Factory — I order 2 items and received only one

I order two items but i received only one items and i have paid for two products and even i have applied for refund my money for which i don't recieved the product but it automatically cancelled, abart from that even i have called customer care it didn't work and done live chat it didn't response
Its been so many days thinking that customer care might call me up to resolved the problem but it didn't so please help me out with this.
