Club Factory — I ordered 3 item but there is missing one

I ordered 3item on 4/11/17 and my estimated delivery date is 22/11/17 but before that they inform me there is unavailablity of one item but still it showing available on the app. They refund me for unavailable item. Now out of 3 one is refunded then rest is two now they told me they is custom problem thats why they are getting late for delivery its also okay now today i get my parcel and there is only one item inside the parcel and there is also no invoice or bill inside the parcel now what should i do. Please take immediate step so and my order number is so6596389 and i also one more proove when they refund me only one item bucks they show 2product *0... You can see this that they refund me for only one

I have ordered two neck piece in club factory. Delivery date has also crossed. You are not delivering my product. Also you are not refunding my complete amount. This is so ridiculous. Either send my product or else refund my complete amount .
