Club Factory — I want to return my footwear

I have ordered women footwear, which is of wrong size
3rd september 2018 i have got my order, its is not used once as it is bigger to me

Color is silver and its a closed toe footwear.

Kindly tell me the procedure of returning the item, what is the refund process, till how many days we can return the product.

Have tried returning online but no use.
