[Resolved]  Club Factory — i withdraw my balance money but didn't receive in bank account

I ordered some shoes from the club factory app and paid for it online. When they got delieverd there was some size and material problem so i returned it. But i didnt get the refunded amount in the bank account when i withdraw it from the club factory balance.
