Club Factory — I'm complaining about online purchasing and against behaviour of the customer care person | |||
I ordered for a product online in clubfactory. I paid for it through internet banking. My order was not placed but amount has been deducted from my account. I only have an sms of the amount debited from my account. I tried calling to customer care and the responses i got were harsh. He instead tried to get my debit card details. When i said i don't have a card he said that my money cannot be refunded. This is their customer care number [protected]. When i asked the person about his name and id he hanged the call saying your amount will not be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to exchange the jacket which I got L Size I Want XL size how to exchange plz reply its urgent the product is same but i need to exchane the size it is comfortable plz try to exchange the jacket
