Club Factory — i'm not able to transfer my money into bank account

I had returned few stuffs due to their quality issues and the refund was done almost after two to three weeks .. Now I got my money it’s in the wallet I tried using that wallet money in my orders I’m not able to use it.. so later thought of transferring the money into bank account.. even though I’ve provided all the required information still it asks me to provide bank info where and how do I provide the bank info cuz when I chose the option of bank transfer it only asked me for account holder name, account number, e-mail id, ifsc code and mobile number even though I’ve filled all the required information still it asks me to provide bank info where the hell do I provide . This is fraud it is just looting we people. I need my money back please help me somehow get my money back
