Club Factory — I'm want to complaining about my refund

I ordered a bluetooth speaker worth ₹600 on 13/01/2020 and i received it on 17/01/2020 but it didn't work so i returned it on 18/01/2020 it was reached to club factory warehouse on 29/01/2020 it was shows on app that your refund will be received in 5-10 working days but i didn't get it i complaint about it in there customer support service they ask me to send bank statement i aslo send it then they said that your case transferred to senior team that will solve your issue then contact you in 3 working days this complaint files on 11/02/2020 then i contact them after three days then they said that wait for 10 days but i said that 3 days given from your side why i wait for 10 days then there executive said that wrong information given by our executive then i contact today because 10 days completed today but they said that again wait for 6 days total 1 month completed since product return but i didn't received refund also there customer service didn't available on call so i only contact them on chat
