[Resolved]  Club Factory — in able to return my product

It’s still 2 days that i’ve reviewed my product and i’m not satisfied with my product. But the refund button is not active not only that the tracking number is still yet to be given, i got the package by giving my name, phone number and my address and they confirmed it and gave me the package but now i want to return my package
And i’m unable to do so...
It’s really frustrating reading the comments
Everybody is complaining about the refund policy
I want to get refunded as well please work on it asap so that i can return my product on time...
This will not be a good example.
