Club Factory — incorrect product delivered but still the order is shown as order under process by seller. i am unable to place the return request

Incorrect product delivered but still the order is shown as order under process by seller. I am unable to place the return request.

Product delivered on 22nd jan 2020. Still the order is shown as being processed by seller and the status is still not changed in the app i am unable to place the return request. Tried calling customer support but they are not at all helping out.
