Club Factory — issue in refund | |
It's been more than 3 months now. I returned the items that i brought from here. I returned it through mail and it reached the club factory warehouse and i'm sure of it as i checked with the delivery company. And the customer care was #. One person told me the items are in the warehouse and the refund is being processed, then when i called again the agent was telling me there's nothing in the warehouse and can't be refunded due to that reason and that i could understand the situation.'. No. I dont. I called like a million times. I even showed them the dtdc slip proving that i have send 5 items in on package but they are telling me there was only one item in the package. Are they blind or something??? I need my refund. Its 2000 rs man. Please help. The people at the customer care were so rude. And they even told me that they will call me to address the issue. I cannot claim my refund. My refund Status appears as 'Pay Freeze because I made payment through outside payment channel. However the payment is now made but still pay Freeze appears on my refund balance. My Order number is S[protected].

My it with tracking number[protected] was placed more than 10 days ago n still it is undelivered. The worst part is no attempt has been made so far yet it is updated as delivery attempt failed. Pathetic service guys.
