Club Factory — item missing/ not usable

Half jacket ladies not found although paid for that. pearl strings not usable they have no system to wear it .
Pear strings has many strings but to wear single string there is not system to hang it or close it.
Please take care and arrange for the refund.

are fraud. they have tried to debit my credit card account. Please arrange to take suitable action
