Club Factory — lack of sincerity

My Order Number: SO[protected] was placed on 21st june its in custom from 28th june and now its 3rd august
i dont think i have any rights to be in patience now, i call customer care every week they tell me it will be out from custom in 2-3 days, now its already been a month and soon to be 2 months, i also called in customer care to cancel my order my order but they said they cant cancel it neither refund me until its deliver, will that day come during my funeral??
