[Resolved] Club Factory — lost my heels in returning process and did not get refunded | |||
I m complaining about my product no. So[protected] my name is tanisha nd i m from sec -117, noida. I applied to return my this product which was a pair of heels. And an agent come from ecom private limited who was come to be picked up my top bt he picked heels also and tht was belongs to express private limited. I nvr know the policies of club factory so returned my both product to the same agent bt its been over 12 days now nd there is no information at all for tht. It seems like ive lost my heels.. Pls conduct an enquiry nd find out my order no. So[protected] and refund me for the same. As i m sure it is with the same agent who has submitted my top order no. So[protected] to club factory. Nd i m refunded for this so pls check with tht agent. Nd hoping for a quick enquiry. As m like a regular customer of club factory. Was this information helpful? | |||

My order no. is SO[protected] and my tracking id is[protected]. The expected delivery date was 1 Aug and still, I did not get my order. In order detail, showing order is delivered. I have tried to contact customer support of both club factory as well with the shipping company ( Delhiver ) many times no is responding.
