I was on the process of paying the phone case which i wanted to buy from my credit card, surprisingly my balance has been deducted and yet the transaction failed. Please refund back my balance you deducted i will appreciate. The first attempt i made to purchase this phone case it failed you can confirm with your system. It failed but you guys deducted my balance

My order of same product has been reoeatedly cancelled two times by the company after many days of recieving the order. Order no SO[protected] and SO[protected]. The dates are also showing wrong in refund details.
