Club Factory — money refund not received yet since 2 weeks

Since 2 weeks iam waiting for my refund but club factory not intiate it yet. Contacting customer service but they are lying every time. Not received my refund yet. Mobile number [protected]. Worst service ever. They every time said wait now 2 weeks are over what should i want my money back. Poor service given by club factory. They should solve the problem quickly.
