Club Factory — my club factory amount is gone

I had purchased an tee of order number so[protected] the item was out of stock, so my money was refunded in my account but then i got logged out somehow and now it shows 0 in all i opened club factory after long and now my email address is shown not registered it's just a fraud i want my money back at any cost. This cancellation message was sent on 18th may 2019 at 5:31am. A screenshot is attached. Waiting for your reply.
