Club Factory — my item was not shipped along with the rest of the order. | |||
I ordered 6 items on the 5th of July i was tracking the order until 13th July i saw the order had been shipped but with one missing item. I sent a message to their customer service asking why they didnt ship my item i got a very funny response they said its because the ddnt have it. My issues are: 1. When i orderd the item it was in stock that means they should have prepared my order just like anyone else. 2. They decided to ship my order with one item missing without even communicating with me to say sorry we nolonger have this item would you like to replace it. 3. I thought club factory gets its items from various factories thats why we have to wait so long before delivery so how does their suppliers run out of stock when the order is already made, what'sthe reason for waiting 2weeks when you still ship incomplete order? I am very disappointed Club Factory be reminded you are not the only one in this businesse there are other competitors who offer better services you may need to up your game.
