Club Factory — my order id is so[protected] i m unable to see the product code and track my order too can u please help me out with this problem...

I have ordered it from some other no. That is [protected] but i want the product to be shown on with product code in the no. [protected]

I order it on 5.06.2019 at 11.48
It was a finger ring but tracking is impossible as i orderd it from a differebt no. But i want its product code and tracking details on the provided no. Please do help me
