I placed my Order on 14th Dec 2019 against order Id No. S[protected]
Oder Estimate Date is 01/01/2020
bt i still not received my order and already paid whole amount against my order in advance..
your customer care no is always wrong number and pls check the no.
in that situation what can i do ? pls reply as earliest or refund my whole amount as earliest as possible id company is not able to sent my parcel..

Updated by Neha Gadani Prabhu My order number is so[protected]. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
I want to know where is my order.
The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..
More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.
