[Resolved]  Club Factory — my order tracking isn't available on my account

Since i have made a payment... My i really don't know how my order dissappear from my account. I order earning from club factory and i had successfully paid the amount through debit card. After that they mail me the order number. After few days i was still not able to get the order. My
Account has no order history... During the transaction i was alloted the order number so[protected].. But now i have not received my parcel... And customer care is not picking up my call... Please help
