Club Factory — my prepaid order as unpaid

I made an order on 11thjuly on a yellow hoodie sweatshirt order no. So[protected] and i prepaid for the purchase. The money was also deducted from my bank account for the purchase too it is rs.685 deducted from my bank account. But on this morning 12thjuly when i look at my order its written as unpaid and that i have to pay for the order that i've already paid again.. Why is this?? Please help.. Ive already pay for my order but written as unpaid
