Club Factory — my watch is delayed

I have ordered a watch from club factory. It's been so oo many days, and I did not get the product which I have ordered. Please send my order as soon as possible. My order id no:SO[protected] please send my order. Or refund my money.

I did not expected this type of fraud from club factory. Soooo please don't make fools customers who really don't expect this.
