[Resolved] Club Factory — neither not delivered product nor providing refund | |
I have placed an order in club factory on 26th june but till date they have not delivered my product, it is stuck at custom clearance since 3rd july. If they can not dekiver the product they should provide refund. I haveseen on club factory facebook page many people has raised this issue. Hi I have ordered my hoodie on 24 June 2019 and today is 30 July 2019 and I have not received anything till now but it is showing my order has been delivered but it's not, please look after it as soon as possible it has been almost one month. I have been waiting for it since many days please do something I want my order as soon as possible.

The worst app ever..u dont deliver in time and deliver the items very late abd dont accept COD .ppl will not trust u until u try keeping the option of cod. U are always late with the order. Never satisified with order
My order no is so[protected].. When i try to track my order from the mobile app, it's continuously showing pick up rescheduled for next day.. It is almost 18days now and
