Club Factory — no action taken against my complaint | |||
I received one wrong item among the three items i ordered. I ordered black canvass shoe with black sole, instead they sent me black canvass with white sole. I immediately contacted customer care about it, they told me to click for the return request option from the app. But that option is never made available as my account is not updated, it still shows that my order is in transit. I requested them to update it and make return option available so that i will be able to make request from my end, now ten days have gone, they do not take any action yet. Whenever i contacted customer care, i was given false and wrong promises that they are working on it and i need not to worry, i don't understand why club factory barred me from getting the actual product i ordered. It really was so frustrating and turned my believe in club factory up side down, please help and do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
