Club Factory — no delivery - but I got a message that it's delivered

Placed an order at club factory official app and the prepaid the order. Order amount 2000. The order details showed the delivery date as 21st aug 2017. From 19th aug the tracking details are no more found under the app and
Order number is so2727324 and tracking number is[protected].

Need an update asap either on the order or refund the amount if not able to deliver...

Placed an order at club factory official app. Order amount is Rs 2714.The order details showed the delivery date as 21st Aug 2017.And the (Sweet Gem Stud Earrings Light Blue Color) have not been received
Order number is SO2579548 .

Need an update ASAP either on the order or refund the amount if not able to deliver...

One article has not been receipt vide Ordered No SO2464819, HS Code [protected]. Mailed and also tried to contact the customer support still neither item received nor any confirmation been assured by the company.
