Club Factory — no delivery of product or refund of money

I am from Ludhiana, Punjab, India and ordered one shirt for Club factory but neither the product has been delivered nor able to contact via both mail and call. My order number is SO44334534. I have placed the order on 1 sept, 2018. But no status for tracking of my order is available. I think this company is established only looting people.
