[Resolved] Club Factory — no product received and no money against the product was refunded | |||
Dear team, I had ordered a baby dress on 26 october 2018 with the order no: so59254558. Unfortunately, the product was not received/ delivered on the said date or later thus a refund request was made on 14th december 2018. The customer is called to undertake all the basic banking details which were provided as asked & committed to attaining the refund within 2 days. However, again as an act of following the commitment the refund wasn't received. The withdrawal success date was then registered as 25th january 2019 with the displayed refund time within 1-7 days. It has been 10 days i have still not received any refund. Being a trusted customer we order our valuables from club factory but the service provided is highly disappointing. The accounts & sales team is requested to take note if the matter & initiate the process asap. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
