I have already paid for the item on feb 2nd and expected to arrive on feb 19th... It has not arrived yet!! It is march 8th today. I have tried calling multiple number of times. Customer care number is always full of messages. I demand for a refund if not possible to deliver the product. Please do not give false promises.
