Club Factory — no response from company for order return

Hi, my self runika. I ordered a luggage_bags on 22nd august 2018. I received order on 4th september 2018 but product quality is not good when i opened the order. I already talked with your customer supoort excutive. He said you have just send the msg on chat "i want to return my order" then our compay pickup boy will pic order from you. I already sent details to customer support center but till now i did't receive any reveret from your side. I called many times on your customer care number but number also shown busy. Kindly return my order & refund my money on urgent basis.

Still now no response . You picked up my reverse order on 14september but still now I didn't get my money refunded. Customer care people didn't give any reply. Every time no is not available. This company do farud with people's. Don't buy any thoughts ng from this company they didn't have good quality products & don't give customers refund back if order is not good. Very pathetic experience. If I have to rate I will give minis rating.
