Club Factory — no sign of order | |||||
It's been 8 days since I have placed an order on the club factory website and still there is no sign of dispatching it I have been calling the customer care for past few days but it's not reachable, even my order is not showing on their app! What shall I do now please help this is my first purchase from Club Factory, I pre paid through debit card otherwise I have to file a complaint against this site of fraudulancy. I ordered 2 items on 3rd September. As I was out of station I missed to receive it. I cancelled the order and made reattempt delivery by 22nd September. I contacted the respective courier office, but I didn't get proper response. I made online payment for the items. So please do favour for me. Thank you

Very very poor service your club factory. i placed my order on[protected] but Still now i get no information of my order hence you provide me a track number-SO47257886 also not found. I want revert of my complain as soon as possible. I am totally Dis-satisfied your service.
