Its regarding a cash on delivery order placed 2days ago for a footwear which wasn't confirmed at their front but the order was delivered to me today around 5pm. As i tried it on, it didn't fit me so i thought of returning it. But as i saw that the delivery person has updated that he couldn't deliver the order to me as i was unavailable. So i went to clubfactory site where there was no history of my purchase (May be as my order wasn't confirmed or because i ordered as a guest buyer) but i have the original packaging of club factory and all the messages that were sent as updates to me. Since then i am trying to contact clubfactory but the call waiting is endless and the live chat is done by some robot who just doesn't seem to understand what i am talking about.
I would just like to request for a return of that footwear and get the refund of rs716 for the same as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
