Dear sir/madam,
I had placed an order for 2 pairs of ladies shoes from club factory on 3rd august, 2018 in the name of kaine felocy (Order no. So[protected]. However, the product hasn't been delivered to kaine felocy yet. We got a message on 20/8/18 informing that the product was out for delivery. However, on not receiving the product, i tried to contact club factory on 25/8 which was not successful and on 26th/8 i could contact the club factory and they informed that the status was shown not delivered and that it would be delivered. When i made calls to xpressbees, the customer care executives told me that the product has already been delivered and that the issue would be settled soon and complaint no.9010528 was registered. When i contacted the xpressbees customer care executive on 30th august, i was told that the delivery status was shown wrongly and that the product was still with the company and which would be delivered in 4 days. Again, when i called on 3/9/18, they told me that the product was ready for delivery and would be delivered in 24 hours. Since that didn’t happen i called them again on 4/9/18 the care executive told me it would be delivered on 5th morning and which didn’t happen. When i called them in this evening, the executive told me that the product was delivered on 20th august and that he would register a complaint and i would receive a call within 48 hours. They seem to bluf[censored]s in this case. Please help to resolve the issue.
