Club Factory — non delivery of product

I had ordered goods worth Rs.1922.44 for following Products
2 Wrist watch
1 Shoes
1 Leather Belt
The same was booked under order no SO12438263 on[protected]

I haven'"t recd the Shipment which was as per SMS was delivered vide Gati Courier under Docket no.[protected].

I tried to call the Customer care no [protected] which is not available.

It appears I am been cheated for the transaction and the request to refund the money ASAP.
