[Resolved]  Club Factory — not able to return a product since it's a guest order

I placed an order of i7s tws pods but i received a defective product where am not able to take the pod out of the box
Since i made it through guest order am not able to return it
Kindly help me with that nd refund the amount
I have only 8 days to return plsssss check to it nd resolve it asap
Have already contacted to the customer care dey accepted it for return
