Club Factory — not able to return | |
When i was ordering via clubfactory site for the first time, there was some payment method issue. Without confirmation email, the amount was debited from my account. So i tried second time and duplicate order happened. Some duplicate items has been refunded. After 2 months the last courier came which is duplicated order. Now there is no option to return. Customer service for club factory is horrible. No contact nos... So many researching work to post a complaint... Was this information helpful? | |

My order number SO46767932 has been delayed since December 25 2019 at custom clearance, very disappointed with the service provider mentioned above.

My items with order number:SO[protected] and SO[protected] has not been delivered. While I have recieved a delivery message. I have not recieved any call or no delivery executive came to deliver the item till now. Why my purchases has been showing delivered in that case. Please checm the same.

I was trying to get some detail for my product and the reply came by abusing me and my mother you got to hell bloody idiots non sense i will never promote your club factpry and will request people to not to use .

Order has not been deliver but in phone a message from club factory come that your order has been delivered my package no. is SO[protected]

The cost received by me is totally different and under size and quality is also poor.
So please refund my money at the earliest possible.
Also intimate me about the return policy.

My order was not tracking and i 2 refunds are in pending.now logging with another account old account was not showing please get back my old account i want my refund amont and product
