Club Factory — not accepting the return of damaged product

Useless company ever...I ordered a iphone6 cover for around 4 USD...its totally scratched and damaged...trying to return the product but customer service is texting back saying no return possible and they will pay me 1USD back...u think how useless it is..I m not even using tht cover and y shud I loose my money for tht...I m asking to take back the product and refund full amount..

I have place Oder last week till now I don't get my Oder or not any configuration mail please it's an request to plz mail wht is going on kr I wnt my money back other wise I will take serious action against it
