Club Factory — not get refund more than 1 month approx to month

I have ordered realme buds wireless delivered on 16 january and returned on 18 january. On 4th of feb it's updated refunded but till now they are saying that it is in process... I have contact them more than 10 times and daily they say they are working on that.. Its geeting really worse.. Its end of february and they are not getting me refund.. I have complaint for these so many times. My return if is son[protected]... And my order no is so[protected]... Please help me for these i am really help less.. Please help me
