I ordered a pair of platform beef bottom sandals (Order number[protected] s[protected] and a fashion retro quartz watch (Order number[protected] s[protected] deliverd on 27 july 2018. Their quality was not good so i requested a return and the items were picked up from my residence on 31 july 2018. I have tried all means to get my money back but the customer service are not responding regarding my return. Please help
