Club Factory — not providing me my refund

Hi, I placed order on 3rd december (Order id: so[protected] which was supposed to be delivered maximum by 21st december. But till now i did not receive my order. I made several compaints to customer care but they are neither delivering the product nor providing me my refund. Please help me in getting my money back if they don't able to fulfill my order. Jan 15, 2020 Updated by Neeti Ahuja Till now got no resolution. Please provide me refund. Today when I called Ecom distribution they said product has not handed over to them. It has some legal issue. Please contact club factory. And Club Factory People are really sleeping..as nothing has gone from their pocket so they rarely making effort to help customer. Please give me my refund.
