Club Factory — not providing refund and kept my product | |
My order no is SO[protected] club factory sent me a wrong product... after that my refund request was accept with the reason that I got a wrong product... product was picked up on 11 jan 2020 and it reached the warehouse on 23 jan 2020 after that on 24 jan 2020 I got a refund rejection message... then they told me to apply for arbitration and wait for 3 days to get refund but then I waited for 10days...then I again got a message for refund rejection they kept my money I want my refund Was this information helpful? | |
