Club Factory — not received full refund and order not received | |
I recently ordered 2 shipments. The first one with order number SO[protected] I received wrong size and yet club factory refuse to refund me in full. Such terrible customer service. They are of no help plus they contradicted their own promise and assurance of refunding me in full besides being club factory's error. The second one with order no SO[protected] I haven't received yet besides being it's due date passed. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered Cartoon toothbrush suction cup toothbrush holder on 1st December 2019. Order number is S[protected]. Payment is already done through online. If you can't deliver the same kindly return my money at earliest.
