Already 23 days over... Not received my order

Have mentioned the order i'd... It is in custom clearance for last 13 days... No status update or change

Delivery was expected in 8 to 18 days... This is not satisfactory... Also had paid the full amount

Expecting speedy solution to my problem...

This delay was not expected... Also there is no communication from club factory end... No status change too... Request help... I had ordered two items & paid on full... But no delivery recieved
