I ordered my items around more than 2weeks back. And on date 8 september their tracking details mentioned that i received product but actually i did not received my product at all. They reached my product at other place. When i asked to support center through message they replied me that i received my order but actually not. I want to know where it is. Their customer care is always busy. I called many times. My tracking number is eq[protected]in.

Seems like you guys are cheating consumers by putting lucrative chineses products online but no notification on the delivery bit or bothered to intimate consumers on their bought products . I'm awaiting a call from the delivery guy on the products purchased couple of days back

Same here i had ordred few items from club factory and were suppose to be delivered by 5th sep but still there is no update on where my product is!!! Where on app it shows that my product is already delivered and signed by me!! My Order ID is SO2981593
