Club Factory — not received product- over 1.5 months. no customer service/ resolution | |||
Hi I made the order SO[protected] in Nov 2019. The scheduled delivery date was 28 Nov. After a months delay and several complaints I received the package in late December. However one item was missing. 1.The app does not let me apply for refund since the option is greyed out.(although it does say returns /refund available till 8 Jan) 2. The helpline numbers for India do not even ring. They simply get disconnected. 3. I have sent several emails to the IDs mentioned on the site. No response 4. I have tried the chat option. Only gives me redundant automated responses 5. The Facebook messenger also gives only automated irrelevant responses Club factory is cheating customers, wasting their time and money. Kindly refund my money or send me the product immediately club factory. Will never place an order here again. Its a terribly painful experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
