Club Factory — not received product since 20 days and can't track it

My club factory order (Order no. - so[protected] was ordered on august 24. It has been altleast 20-25 days since then and i have no news of my product. The payment has already been done. I tried tracking it in the xprsssbees official website, it has no information about my order. The tracking no - [protected] is this. I orederd a Tshirt against the order no.SO47223337 on 15th september 2018, but the product which i recieved was defective.
I tried calling indian customer care no. but all my efforts are going into vein.
