Club Factory — Not received the refund from July

This is in regards for my orders : SO[protected], SO[protected], SO[protected] and SO[protected]

My orders SO[protected] and SO[protected] have been cancelled on the 20th July 2020 but have not received my refund till date.

Further my orders SO[protected] and SO[protected] have been returned and would like to know when would I receive the refund for these two packages.

Would request you to please help me in this regard as I have been patiently waiting from the 13th July but both the courier company and club factory customer care people have been giving me false hopes by saying that the packages will be delivered.

Its really stressful and upsetting.
