[Resolved]  Club Factory — not refund the amount and sending defective items

I have purchased one top from club factory and i got defective piece then also they have detected 90 rs from my balance amount
Now i have return on 25 feb courier person has picked up but now one week has gone then also they are not returning the amount they are telling now still we have not received item i have seen it they don't want to refund my amount

Dear, if you think your piece is defective, you can apply for free return by uploading the items you got. I checked from the system, the return parcel is still on the way to our warehouse. We issue refund when it is delivered.

Can u tell me how many days take for return delivery its ur duty to check why it's take more than one week to deliver to u last Sunday ur person has taken the courier if takes one month then what u think we have wait for one month what ur thinking we are fool or what, using our money and telling that we have not received item

Now also I have made a return request for one item now it's 4 days gone still no body come for pickup everyday I got message today our will come for pickup be ready but nobody is coming what ur thinking we are free for whole day that is person will I think ur thinking only club factory is only busy other all are totally free no work at all that's why we will sit at home for ur person who will come and collect the item from last 4days why ur courier person is not coming for pickup who will follow up when we call to customer care they are telling we are helpless this is ur service ur providing to customer if courier service is providing the service then change the courier company it's ur duty to followup really worst service from club factory

really this type of company shut down in INDIA who never respond to customer and there courier person also never response proper way bad bheviour no responsibilities nothing that's why sloving problem customer satisfaction is just 21% they are taking money in indian Rs and refunding amount in US Dollar in which also they are taking commission per dollar 3 to 4 rs really nice
I want to share u one audio also see how ur courier person is talking with us how rudly behaviour but it's more than 2mb so it's can't upload there but really worst service from club factory never recommended anyone to buy from club factory never recommended and if possible to consumer helpline pls take strict action this type of company's
