[Resolved] Club Factory — not refunding my money | |||||
Hi, my name is tripti. I orderd on dress worth rs 394.04 and then paid 100 for delivery. When i received the dress it was of very low quality. Then for returning i again paid 150 to courier service because club factory has no other way of returning the product. They asked for my account details n by mistake i gave a wrong ifsc code. They corrected me n i gave them the correct details. They asked for almost 20 days to refund and i gave them that. Now it has been almost one n a half month and they are not refunding. And one more thing they will only refund the amount of dress not the money i wasted on courier and delivery charges. Other companies pay all the amount. Please take the action against them asap. I have been cheated from a club factory representative regarding my refund.. he has taken my card details and my bank account has been debited by 1500.
