Club Factory — not satisfied from product and service

I got a message and call from clubfactory stating that I have Tata Safari in a lucky draw worth 12, 60, 000 and I can either claim prize or cash.

I ordered Sling bag on club factory website, when i got the product quality was very poor. So i place the return request. but i got the message like your return request has been cancelled. club factory not responding to my email.

I have placed an order on October 24, delivery date 31 st October and still not yet received my parcel.
Inform me whether the parcel will be delivered or i need to cancel and get back my payment. my phone does not received any call from your side.

Dnt knw when I will receive dis may be after full winter its ridiculous dese items are necessary in winter & u r delaying dis then who will order from ur website.
