Club Factory — not satisfied with the product

I have sent the return request for the items which I do not liked... due to the bad quality. Now the problem is that I had applied for return request within a day of receiving the parcel but still nobody has come to take the parcel back from my address. So pls guide me that when the courier person will come to take back the parcel so that I can get my money back.

Also tell me that in the case of refund, Can I select any other product in exchange
